(Studio) Today there's unexpected twist in story with regard to Gary Gilmore.

(Provo, UT) Gilmore goes to Provo, UT, to hear 3rd date for execution. Court proceedings before Judge J. Robert Bullock and arguments of defense attorney Ronald Stanger and county attorney Noall Wootton noted. Gilmore tells judge sentence isn't soon enough and demands to be set free. [GILMORE - says he isn't pleased with today's proceedings and wants to be set free.] Prison warden says Gilmore has hinted at plans with regard to own death.
