(Studio) Congress begins action with regard to Supreme Court ruling with regard to disability payments for pregnancy.

(DC) Legis. to overturn court ruling in works. [Colorado Representative Patricia SCHROEDER - says bill hasn't been drafted; notes what it will probably say.] [MD Representative Barbara MIKULSKI - says it's myth that women working is not necessary; says women work because they have to, and need protection and laws to back them up.] New York Representative Edward Koch favors legislature, but says it's not enough. [KOCH - says ERA needs to be passed and this decision should give impetus to get 4 needed states to pass it.] Petition being circulated among women congress members to present united front against court's decision.
