Johnson's telephone conversations concerning the supposed second incident in the Gulf of Tonkin during the Vietnam War featured; audio conversations between Johnson and war architect Robert McNamara played. [Historian Stanley KARNOW - says there was no second incident.] [MCNAMARA - says he does not really know what happened either.]
