(Studio) Negroes protest at 11 Los Angeles public schools calling for school closing until demands met. Want more Negro school officials and Afro-American studies. Justice Department follows events as part of campus troubles investigation.

(DC) Justice officials identify outside agitators at WI. Can't build case. Riot laws local except for 1968 act, making it federal crime to cross state lines with intent to incite riot. Undercover agents used to watch traveling agitators.
