(Studio) Jury selection nears end.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner

(San Francisco, California) Patricia Hearst kidnapped 2 years ago tomorrow. Govt. attorney James Browning optimistic jury would be picked today. Defense attorney F. Lee Bailey says Judge Oliver Carter determined for trial to begin Wednesday 11 more jurors needed for 36 jurors. 12 jurors and 4 alts. to be picked from those.

(Studio) Carter allows x-ray to be taken of Hearst's face and skull. Bailey expects x-ray to show fracture suffered during kidnapping.
