The issue of the divisions within the Cuban-American community over the papal visit outlined. [In interview from Miami, archdiocese spokesman Father Christopher MARINO - explains why the pilgrim ship was canceled and why some Catholics fear the pope's visit will give legitimization to the Cuban regime.] The Catholic hope that the pope's visit will foster new freedom for the church in Cuba noted.
