(People's Republic of China) Teng giving eulogy at Premier Chou En-lai's funeral seemed to indicate he would take Chou's place. Some think Hua Kuo-feng will only be stand-in until permanent premier named. "Peoples' Daily" charges high-ranking leaders with taking road to capitalism.
