(Studio) Congress members can't be sued for slander and libel while conducting business

(DC) Chairperson House subcommittee on info., Bella Abzug, berates ITT (International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation) president, George Knapp, for ITT (International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation) illegally supplying tapes of its messages to National Security Agency. Knapp says Truman administration requested arrangement. [ABZUG - refers to Knapp as a "paranoid" sitting at head of ITT.] [Representative Paul McCLOSKEY - says Abzug not obeying House rules by calling Knapp a "paranoid."] [ABZUG - will take gentleman's statement under advisement.]
