(Studio) House Judiciary Committee votes 17-16 to send gun control law back to subcommittee

(DC) National Rifle Association lobbyist, Harlan Carter, leads anti-gun control group. Others wear anti-handgun badges. Committee voted last week to ban small handguns. National Rifle Association and gun mfrs. mount lobbying campaign.
