(Belgrade: Brent Sadler) The fighting in Kosovo reviewed; scenes shown of ethnic Albanians on the move and from a funeral for a Serb policeman. [Secretary of Defense William COHEN - says a strong signal has been sent to Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic not to attack civilians.] NATO approval of contingency plans for the possible use of force noted.
