(Charleston, West Virginia) Jury selection begins under Judge Joseph Young. Moore accused of extorting bribe from firm seeking West Virginia banking charter. Moore says charges are part of political vendetta. Assoc. and ex-assistant to Moore, William Loy, accused with Moore. Moore is legally trying to change law that says -gov. can only be in office 2 terms.
