(San Antonio, Texas) [Betty FORD - identifies self as "1st Mama" and talks on CB radio. Talks to reporters about conversation.] Mrs. Ford presides as grand marshal of San Antonio festival. Mrs. Ford says she's not campaigning, but her presence in Texas helps.

(Studio) President Ford recs. federal income tax refund of $11,631,07. His income was $252,000 with taxes of $95,000 and state and local taxes of $12,000.
