(DC) IRS (Internal Revenue Service) given broad powers to investigate possible tax law violations. IRS given access to bank records. Any statement made to IRS (Internal Revenue Service) is admissible as evidence even though warnings not given of Miranda rights. Court says IRS (Internal Revenue Service) can force taxpayer's attorney to turn over papers. Case seen as Part of trend to bolster law-enforcement and restrict individual rights.
