[Columbia Law School professor Richard UVILLER - says that many times the perp walks are given to suspects, not convicted felons.] [Doorman John LAURO - says he felt violated.] [New York police Commissioner Howard SAFIR - says perp walks encourage witnesses to come forward.] [Plaintiff's attorney Philip DINHOFER - talks about the suspect's right to privacy.]
