(Studio: Judy Woodruff) The release of the Shelby report on the investigation of the China spy scandal reported. [Senate Intelligence Chairman Senator Richard SHELBY - says the Chinese will improve their weapons greatly.] Denial by accused spy Wen Ho Lee of espionage charges reported.

(State Department: Andrea Koppel) Evidence that China has been selling nuclear technology to Iran and Pakistan reported. [State Department Spokesman James RUBIN - says there has been concern expressed to Chinese authorities.] [Arms control expert Gary MILHOLLIN - says China has made no binding agreements not to export military technology.] [SHELBY - says America should not look the other way.]
