(Studio) United Nations committee calls on Israel to withdraw from Golan Hgts. and Gaza Strip so areas may be turned over to Palestinian state. Most committee members are from 3rd world. Tel Aviv spokesperson says Israel to ignore call.

(Kadum, Occupied West Bank) Last December, right-wing Jewish group settled here without government permission. Army tried to evict group; they refused to leave. Rabin government lets them stay here temporarily within Israeli army camp. Parliament debate imminent with regard to West bank occupation. [David LEVINE - says government afraid to move group out because they representative majority.] Critics and Min. of Justice says group threatening Israeli democracy. Rabin government could fall if he loses support of small ntlist. and religious groups. Problem delineated.
