[Yugoslav charged-affaires to United Nations Vladislav JOVANOVIC - says it's ethnic cleansing.] [[White House press secretary Joe LOCKHART - says NATO's goal is to build an ethnic society.] [Brookings Institution Michael O'HANLON - says door-to-door violence has not stopped.] NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) officials' fear that the KLA has persuaded the Serbs to leave noted.
