(Studio) Report on FTC (Federal Trade Commission) rule giving consumers more protection.

(DC) Items bought on installment credit plan account for $160 billion of bus. per year Under new plan, buyer can stop paying for product if it's faulty. Bank or credit agency will have to get its money back from dealer. Rule doesn't apply to credit cards or bank loans for product. Some lenders say rule will make it harder for buyers to get loans.
