(W. Point, New York) Army Secretary Martin River Hoffmann refuses attys.' request. Some cadets signed affidavits saying 300-500 cadets have violated school's honor code. [Cadet Tim RINGGOLD - criticizes code.] West Point representatives deny widespread cheating.
