[Chairperson Representative Yvonne B. BURKE - hopes Levi realizes using Boston as test case will have devastating effect on nation] [Representative Shirley CHISHOLM - speaks of possible political motivations on Ford's part.] White House denies such charges. Ford tells Kentucky reporters he is considering 3 alts. to court ordered busing. Says government might intervene in Louisville. Kentucky primary is Tuesday
