[ALBERT - answers question with regard to Hay's resignation negatively.] John Flynt, Ethics Committee chairperson, says won't decide what to do until next Wednesday Federal grand jury in Washington, DC takes prelim. evidence from FBI and federal prosecutors. Scandal involves talk of blackmail.
