Federal Election Commission and resume federal matching campaign funds sped through House but was slowed in Senate [Senator Lowell WEICKER - says attention must be focused on tax privacy legislature, CIA-FBI oversight legislature and Watergate reform legislature] Senators expect filibuster to end in day or 2. Subsidies could be restored next week if Ford signs bill.
