(Studio) Probate investigator, W.A. Jones, says he'll contest purported will of Howard R. Hughes. Attorney for Noah Dietrich takes 1st steps to assure Dietrich's role as estate executor.

(Los Angeles, California) Reporters watch as Dietrich's attorney files papers saying Hughes will is valid. [Attorney Harold RHODEN - says will call in investigators to determine will's authenticity. Hughes apparently wrote will alone.] Hearing to determine will's validity set for June 1.
