(London, England) Race to United States began at Plymouth Harbor. Ships from USSR , Norway and England noted. 1st leg of race ends in Canary Island Race organized by Sail Training Org. 13 cntrys. repd. Ships go from Canary Island to Bermuda, from which they'll sail to Newport, Rhode Island, in time to celebrate Bicentennial.
