(Naples, Italy) Christian Democrats and Communists on defensive. Christian Democrats can still pack theater to hear former Prime Min. Giulio Andreotti. Andreotti attacks Communists Christian Democrats must defense present policies. Communist party led by Enrico Berlinguer poses real threat to Christian Democrats Berlinguer also on defense with regard to Communists' policies. Undecided voters to determine outcome of election; both ptys. neck and neck.
