(San Francisco, California) 2000 municipal workers on strike. April 28 film shows outburst of violence. City voters authorized city workers' pay cut-backs on November 4, 1975. [President Bd. Supervisors Quentin KOPP - says controls must be placed on high city salaries.] [Labor Council John CROWLEY - says year will be tough for labor unions.] City bus drivers conditionally voted last night to return to work.
