(DC) Speaker House Carl Albert predicts Carter will win by larger margin than LBJ did in 1964. Senator Mike Mansfield feels Carter unified party as Franklin D. Roosevelt did. Carter says he wants to work with Congress [CARTER - says being familiar with Washington, DC is major factor with regard to Vice President choice. PossThle Vice President picks include Senators Edmund Muskie, Frank Church and John Glenn. [Chairperson Democratic national committee Robert STRAUSS - refers to Carter as Senator] [CARTER - refers to senior Senators as senior citizens.]
