Set rally for Tuesday across from United States Embassy. NLF group, led by Madame Nguyen Thi Binh arrives in Paris, France. Says Viet Cong will fight until United States leaves country

(Paris, France) Room at airport too small to contain all reporters Mme. Binh greets French; says she's here to take point in preparatory work for talks. Repeats 5 points of NLF plan, cessation of American war of aggression; withdrawal of American satellite troops; liquidation of American bases; right of South Vietnam to settle own affairs, and renunciation by United States of attacks on North Vietnam. North Vietnam group, led by Xuan Thuy, greets Madame Binh.
