(Studio) US, South Vietnam have difficulty getting peace talks underway. Square table still not OK to South Vietnam, due to Viet Cong status. Nguyen Cao Ky offends North Vietnam and United States by reference to campaign to liberate Hanoi, i. eastern, invade North Vietnam. Ky and his delegates thought grandstanding, political motivated.
