(Studio) Platform hearings end and committee moves to Chicago.

(Chicago, Illinois) 110 member Credentials Committee conts. to work on Democratic problems. New Jersey Governor Richard Hughes is chairperson Committee votes out regular Mississippi Democrats and replaces them with racially mixed group. In Minnesota, Connecticut, Washington and Pennsylvania challenges, McCarthy forces didn't pick up as many votes as wanted. Texas delegation charged with racial imbalance. Georgia challenge involves discrimination also. Fights may go to convention floor.
