(Studio) 3 Soviet leaders: President Nikolai Podgorny, Premier Aleksei Kosygin and party chief Leonid Brezhnev return from meeting with Czech Presidium. USSR agrees to let Czechoslovakia pursue its liberal internal reform and country will abide by Warsaw Pact.

(Prague, Czechoslovakia) Tension broken. People attend fair. Last Soviet soldiers leave country. Country has democratic roots and its leaders, headed by Alexander Dubcek, want democratic communism. Czechoslovakia won right of communist country to pursue its own course.
