(Studio) Negro delegates and leaders want national committee expanded to give them 10 seats and vice chairmanship. Credentials committee tentatively to hear their protests with regard to exclusion from Florida and Louisiana delegations; ask for Rockefeller nomination. [James FARMER - concerned over talk of Nixon; can't support or back him. Felt that is true of most black Americans.] [Author Louis LOMAX - says nominate candidates blacks can support. Candidates such as Nixon and Reagan unacceptable to black Americans.]
