(Studio) Czech Premier Oldrich Cernik and Moscow sign trade agreement making Czechoslovakia dependent on USSR for years Moscow publications charge that Czechs failed to install strong censorship and counter-revolutionary ideas appear. Mbr. Czech Presidium admits anti-Communist forces in Czechoslovakia and says stern measures will be taken.
