(Studio) Soviet forces withdrawing from Czech cities to less conspicuous suburbs. Czech leaders tell media innuendo must cease or war machine will return. President Ludvik Svoboda thanks Pilsen industry workers for their support. Communist Party Chief Alexander Dubcek meets with Soviet Dep. Premier Vasily Kuznetsov.
