(Studio) North Korea says "Pueblo" crew had news conference and Commander Lloyd Bucher said their mission was to spy on North Korea and admitted "Pueblo" violated their waters 17 times. No West reporters there. Photos shown of press conference and Bucher, Lieutenant E.R. Murphy Junior and photographer L.W. Mack. State Department says ship ordered to stay 13 mile from North Korean waters.
