(Studio) Hearings on Justice Abe Fortas resume Friday Testimony to be given re: movies held obscene by lower courts until Supreme Court reversed decisions. Mbr. Los Angeles police vice-squad to testify 1st. 151 attys., profs. and deans of law schools form attorney's committee on Supreme Court appts. They ask that Fortas and Thornberry appts. not be used to attack Court, not be filibuster and for nominees be considered on merits.
