(Studio) Federal Reserve Bd. Chairperson Arthur Burns tells Congress committee that economy recovery going well but there's more left to do.

(Chicago, Illinois) Reporter notes different types of huge machine tools which let industry produce more goods at lower costs. Not enough companies buying such machinery. [Machine tool EXEC. - says a lot of people feel recovery won't last.] Private econs. doubt business spending will pick up.
