(Studio) Radio Prague tells of Soviet soldiers offering to help Czech farmers who don't want their help. Youth clear out of Wenceslas Square.

(Prague, Czechoslovakia) Soviets call gatherings at statue of King Wenceslas provocative. Flowers placed there in memorial to those killed in invasion. Czech police explain things to youths and all leave. Soviet officers inspect statue and soldiers march in. Czech government builds plot of flowers and ferns, with candles and flag on monument. People knew memorial still there. Soviets still don't control country
