Says he believed Abbie Hoffman's demand for $100,000 to stage Festival of Life during conv. [HOFFMAN - talks about insanity of Stahl thinking Office of Economic Opportunity gave them $100,000. Spiro Agnew gave us money. Thought everybody knew Republicans gained from what went on in Chicago.]
