(Studio) In Paris, Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge proposes smaller and secret mtgs. Communists reject idea.

(Paris, France) Lodge and NLF spokesperson, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Binh, shown arriving. Ambassador Lodge suggested no news be given out at secret mtgs. unless both sides agreed to what could be said. Mrs. Binh says plan maneuver to avoid direct talks with her people.
