(Studio) South Vietnam President Nguyen Van Thieu ready to talk cease-fire with Communists in Paris. Thieu's govt, wants to replace Americans by end of `70, but doesn't advocate pullout of all Americans, North Vietnam spokesperson deny any secret talks taking place. Viet Cong spokesperson says its 10-part plan only basis for peace.
