(Studio) Agent of City Police testifies he infiltrated protest leadership and heard plans to tie up police with acts of violence and vandalism. Says Tom Hayden recommended window-smashing, false fire alarms, and arson.

(Chicago, Illinois) Ofr. Irwin Bock tries to link all 7 to planning of Democratic Convention events. Cites Hayden suggested homemade mace. Defense Attorney William Kunstler says Jerry Rubin signs waiver for p.m. Judge Julius Hoffman orders Rubin's bail revoked, and issues arrest warrant. Rptd. he left for Rutgers University for speech.
