(Studio) A lot of reaction to Vice President Spiro Agnew's speech criticizing television news. Govt. spokesperson says speech planned by administration representatives and Attorney General John Mitchell. Agnew not asked to address Midwest Regional Republican Conf. in Iowa; his office asked them to let him speak All 3 networks disagreed. [NBC President Julian GOODMAN - says talk is appeal to prejudice. television networks not devoted to 1 point of view. Regrettable Vice President would deny freedom of Press to television media. He'd prefer rpting. subservient to whatever political group in power at time.]
