(Studio) Defense asks for mistrial because Govt. Agents talked to Defense Attys. without saying they were Govt Agents.

(Chicago, Illinois) Mistrial requested due to police prying into defense tactics. Defense Attorney Leonard Weinglass presents 2 staff affidavits with regard to telephone bill being opened, and police picking up trash. Assistant United States Attorney Richard Schultz calls affidavits flimsy. Judge Julius Hoffman denies motions. Undercover agent, Ofr. Irwin Bock's memory shaky.
