(Studio) Casualties lowest in 3 years Before Christmas, 2500 Philippine troops in Vietnam due to pullout. They've denied United States paid for their presence.

(South Vietnam) In 3 years here, Philippine troops built new rds. and bridges, cleared forests and put up new refugee centers. They set up 20 pig and poultry farms Causes price drops for consumers. They provide medical and dental care. Although noncombatants, base camp at Tay Ninh hit. 9 killed and 65 wounded, total Didn't do work for money.
