(Sao Tome, Portuguese Island) Biafran refugee children reside on island Project sponsored by Portugal, Catholic Relief Agency, and Protestant Relief Agency from West Germany. [Sister KARITAS - describes children when they 1st arrive.] Children have to be returned to health slowly. Fear of never eating again gradually disappears. Priest says Mass. They'll be repatriated when healthy. 10 get ready to go back.
