(Macon, Mississippi) Blacks outno. whites 4-1 in Noxubee Cnty. Getting total integration by January 6. Massive reorg. involved in Department of Health, Education and Welfare desegregation plan. Cnty. did have dual system. Schools renovated for changeover. Space is problem. [Supt. Schools A.R. KOON - says 700 students may have to stand outside bldg No classroom space.] Private white school has accommodations; costs $300 year
