(Studio) sergeant David Mitchell to be court-martialled for assault with intent to murder. Lieutenant William Calley only other 1 to be court-martialled over My Lai.

(Baton Rouge, LA) [Attorney Ossie BROWN - convinced there was no massacre at My Lai. Mitchell took no point in massacre if 1 did occur. Believe Mitchell will get fair trial.]

(Fort Hood, Texas) Mitchell court-martial to take place here. May not until after Calley's trial. If guilty, could get 20 years hard labor, and dishonorable discharge.
