(Studio) Govt. documents show CIA broke into homes of Americans living abroad and wiretapped Americans traveling outside US.

(DC) CIA Director George Bush disclosed records of break-ins and wiretaps in affidavit submitted by court order in lawsuit against government by Socialist Workers party Lawsuit previously turned up illegal activities in United States by FBI and CIA. [BUSH - says can't talk about court suit.] Bush seeks to avoid disclosure of details in open court asserting secrets of state privilege. Socialist Workers party attys. ask judge to reject CIA privilege claim.
