(Studio) Staff report to President Commission on violence, concentrating on riots in black quarter of Miami, Florida, was made public. Report says no connection between riots and Republican conv., but riots occurred because of long-standing deprivations, discriminations and frustrations. Present Miami police chief, Paul Denham, denounces report Dade Cnty. sheriff, Wilson Purdy, says report could be used to prevent further trouble.
